welp...

Well, I tried looking in my iPhoto pictures for more pictures to post, but didn't find anything new. Unfortunately, we forgot our camera when we went to St. George a few weekends ago (over President's Day weekend), and then we've been sick for the last couple of weeks. Saxon got way sick for about 6 days. It was pretty exhausting, and reeally sad! It's hard to see your own baby go through tough stuff! Saxon had an ear infection in both ears, a croup cough, flu symptoms including stomach ache and sore throat, AND he was getting his first molars, which looked totally purple and swollen. Poor kid! Sometimes he couldn't stop coughing and threw up a couple times. I almost couldn't handle that. It was heart breaking.
BUT he's feeling so much better now and it's like he's a whole new kid! He's so happy and bright-eyed and it's so great. I'm glad he's over it and his teeth are pushing right through and I'm glad we had lots and lots of cuddle time :)
Besides that, THIS is what I've been up to mainly:Final Cut Pro. The editing software that we use for editing wedding videos. Chris is way too busy to do it, so I've been learning! Cool huh? It's definitely been a bit frustrating (all the technical stuff), but the creative part is so fun! I'll post the newest wedding video when I'm finished.

.....back to the St. George trip...I forgot--my awesome friend RiKelle always has her handy-dandy camera and snapped a few of us on a hike, and posted them on facebook, so here you go:oh man, this was a well-needed and a very fun trip. Thanks to Cora and her parents, who let us stay with them, we were able to go! It was so fun to be outside and Saxon just LOVED it. He squealed with joy when we went on the hikes. :)
