We started out to St. George with a new toy--well, Chris did. He got a new Treo phone that he played with the entire way down while I drove. This is us at IHOP eating breakfast...at 1:30 pm because we stayed up so late when we got there!
Hot chocolate and orange juice YUM! ..We look tired, huh? I got a little excited about actually using our camera, so I took random pictures like this, that you get to enjoy!
So we set the camera for a ten second timer so we could get both of us in the picture by this fountain. We held a cute kissing pose forever, and right when we stopped, it took the picture! This is in front of an art museum that we checked out in St. George... There was the coolest, big painting there and it was pretty tempting to buy it, but it was around $3,700..
This is a place called Dinasaur Tracks that has just that. They discovered them near St. George in the mud and there are some really cool footprints and drag prints from swimming dinosaurs in the water.. You can tell how excited Chris is to pose!
Wish you could see the prints more clearly, but they were pretty cool.
This picture is a bit better, that's Chris' hand compared to the scary dino's hand. I was once a scary Dino as well, at Carbon High...
This place is on top of a huge butte (haha that sounds funny)...mesa, if you will, where we ate the best steak ever and and looked over the city.
This is a huge bridge by La Verkin and it's having a hard time competing with the size of my belly. This is on our way to Zions National Park!
This is in Zions! We did some short hikes cause of time and belly constraints, but it was beautiful there. We did the lower, middle, and upper Emerald Pool hikes. This little waterfall is at the lower pool.
Oh, cute! By the waterfall again...The girl that took this picture thought I was crazy for hiking with my huge belly... she should see me kickbox!
I really love how this tree is in the middle of the canyon walls with the steps. What a cool place.
Chris almost fell in...good thing I know first aid.

Another one of my favorite spots of the hike. This is at the upper pools, where no one seems to go but it's the best of all the pools! This twisty tree intrigues me.

There were lots of pools at the upper part, it was so beautiful, especially with all the autumn leaves. Chris was trying to spit his water from his Camelback onto the water skeeters, but they are too fast! He almost caught a little lizard with a noose made of grass, too, but those guys are even faster.

Cool little cave on the hike...

This river at another hiking area... Can you see the bird on the left side? Couldn't figure out what kind it was, but was was way cool looking. I think he's a'fishin.

We got a little goofy. It was so refreshing to be outside in Zions, we felt much more happy! Connecting with nature once in awhile in a must!

The majestic view at the top of the road. We rode the shuttle all the way up the canyon and it was worth it!

That night, we went to a show called 42nd Street at the Tuacahn Theatre! It was a way good show and the place is so cool. Check out this water feature!

The theatre is outdoors, surrounded by canyon walls. We had a great dinner there and met lots of older people who were visiting St. George for the World Senior Games. They were fun to talk to... I should've got picture with them and all their medals around their necks!

Us at the show...

This guy was in the cast. He was Chris' favorite character.

I really liked the costumes. This girl said "not to toot my own horn, but I have the best costume!" haha. But I think I'd agree with her.

These ladies were the stars of the show. There was really great tap dancing, singing, and even fireworks and waterworks in the background! It was such a fun show!

While we were staying at Grandma and Grandpa's house in St. George, we learned how to float!

Chris taught me. He's a good floater. Don't ask us how it works, but I think it's just the house that does it.

This is the house we stayed at. I love palm trees!

On our way back, we stopped at Kolob Canyon in the upper part of Zions. If you drive down south, I highly suggest stopping here. It's amazing and right off the I-15!
